Hammer Masonry, LLC was founded after becoming aware of some substandard work being performed in their community by ‘fly-by-night companies’ (usually by a request to correct the work),the principals realized their niche was to bring their knowledge together and form their business on integrity and customer satisfaction with safe work practices being their first and foremost priority of the day — every day.
HMLLC is licensed by the State of Michigan, Bonded and fully insured. There is a focus on regulatory compliance: in the past, both principals have taken many safety courses and received certifications in OSHA, telehandlers, and other big equipment such as Crane and air-lift equipment.
The Company’s competitive edge is evidenced through the principals’ combined talents of forty years of residential and commercial construction, masonry, block work, stonework, high-end foundations, renovations, and additions. Included, but not limited to, they have experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial industrial experience, millwright, and controls which provides a broad knowledge base. With a keen eye on the future of the trade, the firm actively apprentices the ‘younger generation’ as opportunities to do so arise. Each individual is trained to do the job right, so they continue their interest in the trades and are inspired to find a passion to advance their careers in their elected field. The principals have a network of professionals on whom they can call for job leads and guidance; as well as reciprocating with leads or guidance when called upon to do so–which maintains workable relationships and new opportunities for all.
